Easter Weekend

Hope everyone had a blessed and fun-filled Easter.
We started out with an adult Easter Party on Saturday with some of our good friends. It included an Easter egg hunt, Pin the Tail on the Bunny, darts, and egg decorating contest.
Today we split our time between the two families. Squirt is one spoiled boy and that is all I have to say on that subject. I love seeing the kids dressed up. They are sooooo stinkin' cute. Hopefully, I will get some better pics of Squirt in his outfit soon.
Today was also my (well B's too) 6th wedding anniversary. Holy cow! Anyone think we would make it this far? :) We are hitting the town in style next weekend to renegotiate to see if we want to go another year:) Lots of wine will be involved.
So most of the pics are from Saturday. Very dangerous to be drinking alcohol and have me with a camera :) Wish I would have taken more pictures today but it just went by so darn fast.

Gone For Now

Squirt's bladder infection is gone for now. Yippee! We'll check it again during his next surgery or unless some illness arises.
We also got our appointment with endocrinology April 17th :) :) :) :) Soooo exciting! They asked for loads of information like growth charts, recent lab work, and a note from our doc stating the reason why he thinks Squirt needs to be seen. While speaking with our ped tonight, he just laughed and said as soon as Dr. Kappy sees Squirt walk through the door, he will know why.
*Just a side note, our ped and Dr. Kappy went to med school together. Dr. Meyer is totally connected.......Sara make sure and tell your Aunt thanks again :)

Another Weather Tease?

I don't about you but I am definately enjoying the warmer weather(tomorrow is going to be 62 yeah!). Really, really looking forward to spring and summer. I'm officially over the snow and the cold. Squirt loooooovvvvveeeeesssssss going outside.



Squirt has figured out he gets a reaction if he sticks his finger up his nose....I thought that didn't start until he was older.

Sicko

I caught some stupid bug that has been driving me bananas. It is a lovely combo of a sinus infection and bronchitis with a hint of an ear infection. I've been on antibiotics for a few days and I am finally feeling better. Unfortunately, B is catching it (he's not so good at being sick but is any man?). So far Squirt is OK. I am hoping his antibiotics for the bladder infection will protect him. We go tomorrow to re-check him so I'll politely ask to have him looked over.
Last week I started watching Miss. Aiden and she one of the most beautiful little girls I've ever seen. Seriously, if she wasn't already betrothed to Squirt, I'd say Matt and Jeanne were in HUGE trouble. I'll be watching her 3-4 days a week for awhile. So far it's going smoothly and I love the fact I get to give her back.
