Ears the Deal

After our honeymoon, I thought there was noooooooo way I was EVER going to take another Disney Cruise. Well five years and one miracle later, we have booked our second voyage with Disney Cruise for seven days. We (I) have been trying to make this decision for about 2 months now. My biggest concern was Squirt. How would he handle such a long vacation? Is it too close to the surgery? I am sure I will continue to wrestle with these until we get back from the vacation. This trip is being funded by Comcast stock (now that is Comcastic!). More practical use of the money would have been paying down on my car, updating the house, or just plain putting it into our savings but I watched a memorial slide show of a beautiful two year- old who died from a terrible RSV infection and the trip was booked.
Our memories of the ocean will linger on, long after our footprints in the sand are gone.

The memories are definitely for Byron and me. There will only be photos to prove to Squirt he went on a really big boat :) I also broke the news to Gramma tonight and she is not at all pleased. That might have been the hardest part.
We leave September 21st, board the ship the 22nd, sail around for 7 days to Key West, Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Castaway Cay (so excited about that it was my favorite part the last time) and come home on the 22nd.
Well, I am off to go paint my hallway..........
